The 2026 Myrtle Beach Food Truck & Music Festival delivered an incredible weekend of food, music, and energy, drawing more than 30,000 attendees. Attendees represented more than 40 states, with nearly 80% from outside Horry County, highlighting the festival’s broad reach and continued growth as a destination event. This year’s festival showcased an expanded food lineup with greater variety than ever, along with a packed entertainment schedule and picture-perfect weather. It delivered the kind of experience that has made it the most anticipated spring weekend along the Grand Strand—Eats & Beats at the Beach.

The crowd made their voices heard in the 2026 People’s Choice Awards, with thousands of attendees casting votes for their favorite food vendors. The Champion is invited back with a complimentary vendor spot at next year’s festival to defend their title:

Live music and entertainment took center stage throughout the weekend, with Painted Man, Rockstead, and Chocolate Chip & Company anchoring a lineup that spanned funk, soul, rock, reggae, jazz, and more. Between sets, host Tom Lorenz kept the party going with games, interviews, and giveaways, as festivalgoers danced or kicked back and enjoyed the nonstop action.

The Myrtle Beach Food Truck & Music Festival, produced by NS Promotions & Events, continues to grow each year, bringing together top-tier food vendors, talented musicians, and thousands of visitors for a one-of-a-kind coastal experience.
